Transfer Requests for Current Employees

Current employees who wish to submit a transfer request for a vacant position must submit a Transfer Request form. The Transfer Request form must be completed and signed by the employee, signed by the supervisor, and submitted to Human Resources. Hiring supervisors will contact employees for an interview if the employee meets the minimum qualifications of the position. Resumes are preferred but optional with the Transfer Request form. Employees must submit the transfer forms prior to the closing date. Administrative positions require an administrative application instead of a transfer form.

Extra duty and summer school positions only require a letter of interest submitted to Human Resources before the closing date.
